Terms of Service

Recall Checker Pro is a WordPress/WooCommerce plugin sold by MyOrderPlease.com ("we," "us"). By purchasing or installing it, you agree to the following:

• Each license (Starter, Protect, or Audit) is billed annually and activates the plugin on one live domain at a time. Contact support to move a license to a new domain.
• The plugin looks up publicly available recall data from the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC). We do not control CPSC's data and cannot guarantee it is complete, current, or error-free. Results are possible matches, not a certification that a product is or is not affected by a recall.
• Coverage is limited to CPSC consumer products (appliances, furniture, electronics, tools, and similar goods). It does not include vehicle recalls (NHTSA) or food, drug, or medical-device recalls (FDA).
• You are responsible for how you use the plugin's output on your own site, including any buyer notifications sent through the Protect plan.
• We may update the plugin's code, pricing, or these terms; material changes will be reflected on this page.

Privacy Policy

We collect the minimum information needed to sell and support this product:

• Checkout: your email address, collected before Stripe checkout, so we can send your license key and plugin download.
• Payment: handled entirely by Stripe. We never see or store your card number.
• Plugin usage on your own site: the plugin queries CPSC's public API directly from your WordPress install. We do not receive or store your customers' recall search queries or results.
• Support: if you email support@checktherecall.com, we keep that correspondence to help you.

We do not sell or share your information with third parties beyond what's needed to process payment (Stripe) and host the site (our hosting provider).

Refund Policy

If Recall Checker Pro doesn't work as described within 14 days of purchase, email support@checktherecall.com and we'll refund you in full — no questions asked. After 14 days, annual subscriptions can be cancelled at any time to stop future renewal charges, but we don't prorate refunds for partial years already paid.
